Hello, dear readers, in today's post I will tell you about eco snacks
1. Fruits and vegetables
Fresh fruits and vegetables: The simplest snacks that are full of vitamins, minerals and fiber. Choose local and seasonal produce to reduce your carbon footprint.
Dried fruit: No added sugar, preservatives or other artificial ingredients. Perfect as a stand-alone snack or addition to other dishes.

2. Nuts and seeds

3. Energy bars
